9.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Returns

We want you to love your Green Elf tree and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

If you have an issue with your Christmas tree and let us know within 72 hours of delivery, we’ll make it right by either replacing it or refunding you — whichever you prefer at no cost to you.

Non-tree items (such as stands or decorations) can be returned if they’re unused and resaleable when you no longer want them, or refunded if they arrive faulty or damaged.

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before your tree has been dispatched. Once a tree is on its way, preparation and delivery costs mean we can’t always cancel without charge, but we’ll do our best to help.

This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights under UK consumer law including your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose
